WHAT YOU DO

In your new position as Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be the customer representative within Peakwork AG, building trustful, strategic consulting relationships in order to contribute to the enhancement of our products and services. You will act as the primary contact for all operational questions from both internal and external stakeholders. You will support our existing customers as well as potential customers on their way to becoming active users of Peakwork solutions. Your main focus will be customer success and customer satisfaction. The following tasks will be part of your key responsibilities:

  • Supporting well-known customers in the launch of our applications
  • Supporting customers in their daily work with our solutions
  • Together with our customers, you define and clarify the key areas of content in their software development projects
  • Analysis and optimization of software usage, data quality as well as performance/bookings of customer distribution channels
  • Creating detailed specifications for new customer requirements
  • Defining, planning and the delivery of technical solutions together with our internal departments
  • Technical interface between customers, our key account management and customer support
  • You keep an eye on the project roadmap and react flexibly to changing technical challenges
  • You will be responsible for the reporting to the senior management
  • Onboarding new customers, conducting product training and leading customer workshops
  • Identifying new up-selling opportunities and implementing them with the key account team

 

WHAT YOU BRING

You are a true team player with an outstanding technical understanding combined with strong and professional communication skills. Your interest in complex technical solutions and your ability to think abstractly and analytically provide you with the ideal requirements for a successful role with us. You are able to work independently and are willing to take responsibility for your tasks. Even in stressful situations you can keep calm, maintain an overview and remain positive. Furthermore, you ideally complement our team with the following requirements:

  • Professional and project experience, ideally in the IT tourism industry
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • You are very familiar with the tools for project management like Teamwork or MS Project
  • Experience working with tourism booking and distribution systems
  • Good understanding and ability to quickly understand complex issues
  • Focused, organized and efficient working methods in highly complex environments
  • Creative and flexible way of working with the ability to adopt a far-sighted approach
  • Very good knowledge of IT and technical services: XML, Soap, Rest should be known
  • Perfect knowledge of German and English is mandatory, other foreign languages are preferable
