WHAT YOU WILL DO
In your new position, you will act as an interface between our international airline clients and our developers. You will ensure the smooth execution of complex projects, particularly in the scheduled flight sector, and support our client companies in all aspects, from the pre-sales phase to post-launch support. Your tasks will primarily include:
- Organization, planning, and controlling of projects
- Accompanying the integration of the Player Hub Technology at our clients
- Technical support for connected airlines & flight partners (monitoring, operating, and error analysis)
- Further development of our IT products
- Transferring new customer-specific requirements into our system specifications
WHAT YOU BRING
You are a true professional in the airline industry and feel at home with technical flight-related topics. You also excel as a team player with outstanding organizational and communication skills. Your interest in complex relationships and abstract thinking makes you ideally suited for this position. You work independently and are willing to take responsibility for your tasks. You stay calm, keep an overview, and maintain a positive attitude even in stressful situations. In addition, the following qualifications are required to complement our team:
- Completed training as a travel agent or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of experience in the airline industry (charter, low-cost, and scheduled flights), travel agencies, IATA, or GDS
- Solid experience in GDS is required
- Independent working style and strong social skills
- Very good technical and logical understanding
- Knowledge of at least one reservation system (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
- XML and API knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in German and English, additional foreign languages are an advantage
