Peakwork has reached another major milestone in the rollout of its new tour operator platform nexTOs: Capital Holidays and Etihad Holidays are the first tour operator brands to implement the solution fully and exclusively in Germany and the UK – covering everything from inventory management and product management to distribution, booking and fulfillment, without relying on external third-party applications.
 
Based in Munich, Capital Holidays specializes in premium package holidays to Egypt, Türkiye, and other destinations. Etihad Holidays, meanwhile, offers tailor-made travel packages to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates, primarily targeting guests from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

This significantly reduces our time-to-market, increases transparency, and maximizes operational efficiency in our day-to-day business.”
 
The project was realized in a remarkably short timeframe. nexTOs serves as the central operating system, enabling the fully integrated management of all tour operator processes. The platform includes centralized travel inventory management, dynamic packaging, flexible pricing and commission management, integrated fulfillment tools, and direct connectivity to leading OTAs and distribution partners.
 
The use of integrated partner systems within nexTOs is an essential component of the setup: inventory management is powered by Peakwork’s new solution based on Cyberlogic technology, while Sabre Vacations is connected for stationary retail distribution in the DACH market. The web frontends for the end-customer portals were successfully conceived, developed, and implemented by CFM Media based on nexTOs within just three months. An OTA solution for travel agencies is already in development at CFM.

The new solution initially went live in the United Kingdom and Germany. Further market rollouts, including in the United Arab Emirates, are already planned.
